  2. It's NOT expensive - With internet marketing you can generate highly motivated real estate leads for the price of a cup of coffee. This means when you run the right ads you can generate 50 leads or more a month for as little as $250. Out of every 50 leads you can close at a minimum of 1-2 transactions!

  3. It's not hard - You don't need a computer science degree to generate leads online. If you can use Microsoft word then you can generate leads. It's not about fancy computer work, it's about the right marketing messages and offering the customer value so you only get the most motivated people.

With the right mindset for Internet Marketing you can reach towards mastery. Now that you are in the right mindset for internet marketing for real estate, let's look at the key areas that are a required to have a successful system.

A Simple Two Part Approach To Closing Business Online

It isn't complicated to generate leads online when you have the right focus. Most real estate professionals just never understand these two core concepts which prevents them from closing business online. With these two rules in hand you will be able to close as many transactions as you want.

  1. Generate traffic - I am talking about serious website traffic. Most real estate websites that I review get just a few hundred people a month looking at at them at best. A few hundred!!! Come on! In order to close business it's important to have thousands of people looking at your website(s) every month. This means having an effective pay per click campaign, getting high rankings in the search engines with real estate SEO, Getting traffic isn't a challenge as long as you realize that the focus of the traffic is to generate leads.

  2. Convert traffic to customers - Getting leads means converting that traffic into potential customers. Converting that traffic involves sending traffic to targeted pages, having compelling calls to action, and responding to leads quickly. When you respond with by via phone and e-mail you increase your chances of getting a client by 72%. You can easily have closings every month by setting up simple e-mails and having the right questions to ask buyers when you pick up the phone.

Mastering these two aspects will bring you more appointments and more escrows monthly. You can't close business without mastering both aspects of internet marketing.
